Our Disco Freestyle (also known as ‘Freestyle’) class is an exciting, high-energy dance session where dancers learn fast and powerful movement techniques. This style incorporates dynamic runs, leaps, spins and kicks, along with intricate foot and arm patterns that challenge coordination and rhythm.
Our large sprung floor at our Portslade based studio is perfect for dancers to develop flexibility, speed, control, agility, and stage presence, all while building stamina, confidence, and an expressive personal style. Our classes are designed to enhance performance skills, technique, and fitness, making it a fantastic way for children to stay active.
